2017 International Youth Worker Symposium
Join leading nonprofit professionals and youth workers from around the globe as we gather to reflect upon and improve our practice, deepen our relationships and refresh ourselves as practitioners dedicated to serving young people.
What are you doing November 8-15, 2017? I have a great idea for something you might just want to put on your calendar right now!
It’s the International Youth Worker Symposium on the Sea at a fantastic Iberostar Beach Resort in Playa Paraiso, Mexico.
It’s only $600 (pp for double room – for Journey Fellows) and $800 for all other youth workers. This includes:
A week long symposium filled with rich conversations and engaging sessions on important topics for the field of youth development
A youth worker study tour to meet the Youth Workers from the region and learn about the issues facing young people in this area
A great room on the ocean for you and a friend/family member or colleague (yes you can bring family and friends)
All your food/drinks for the week (including taxes and tips)
Your transportation from the Cancun airport.
All you have to get is your flight to Cancun, Mexico and that’s it! What a deal, right! Not to mention the great times connecting with youth workers from all over the world as you have fun, relax and renew in the beautiful Yucatan beaches of Mexico.
