Trainings in Bulgaria - "CYCLES - Child and Youth Caretakers Financial Literacy and Entreprene

FICE Bulgaria is one of the partners in the "CYCLES - Child and Youth Caretakers Financial Literacy and Entrepreneurship Skills" Project, funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the EC. The leading organization of the project is FH JOANNEUM Gesellschaft mbH. Among the other partners are: Federal Association of Therapeutic Communities (Austria), Fundacja Samodzielni Robinsonowie,(Poland), Groupe SOS Jeunesse(France) and IKJ Institut für Kinder- und Jugendhilfe GmbH(Germany).

The project team developed training modules on Financial literacy and Entrepreneurship for child and youth care practitioners (CYCPs). CYCLES addresses child and youth care practitioners as multipliers: CYCLES empowers CYCP to act as financial literacy and entrepreneurship mentors, pass on their skills and help establish favourable conditions for further capacity building.

FICE Bulgaria carried out training of 5 trainers and training of 18 CYCPs in May. Both trainers and CYCPs evaluated the training content as highly valuable and applicable in daily work with children and young people in care.EndFragment
