News about the “Quality4Care" project

In view with the current pandemic situation in Bulgaria and Europe FICE-Bulgaria and the partners IKJ Institut für Kinder- und Jugendhilfe gGmbH were faced with a diffcult decision in terms of implementing the "Quality4Care" Project. Unfortunately, the structure course “Quality of social services - theory and practice. Development of a quality management program for social services“ cannot be realized in Mainz, Germany, as planned. All passengers arriving to Germany from Bulgaria are subject to a 5-day quarantine (the training course ws planned to be 5 days long). In search of the best solution in order to implement the project, FICE-Bulgaria and IKJ will realize the training course online from 19 to 23 April.

The “Quality4Care" project is realized with the financial support of the Erasmus + Program of the EU, Key Action 1, Adult education.

The aim of this project is increasing the capacity of FICE-Bulgaria to provide trainings for adults on the topic of quality in social services to the professionals working in the field.

The objectives are as follows:

• To increase the knowledge, skills and competences of the trainers of FICE-Bulgaria in order to be able to provide training on the topic of quality of social services.

• To increase the foreign language skills of the trainers of FICE-Bulgaria

• To increase the level of internationalization of the Association
